xChange is an international exchange program for young aspiring change agents featuring inbound and outbound missions to emerging nations to provide practical on-the-ground experience in global business development. Students will help design and implement social and environmental projects in designated areas of most need that maximizes the Social Return on Investment (SROI) to the targeted community.
